1) Items for the Falcon PEV Secret Santa will be randomly picked through a set of process (i.e. After purchase, a lucky dip (for Secret Santa Gift) will be made from FALCON PEV staff, item will be tagged together with purchase for delivery)

2) Items received are not allowed for monetary exchange, refundable or exchangeable for other items.

3) Any scooters purchased from FALCON PEV will be warranted by us. (Warranty parts etc)
