Our in-store service center is staffed with a team of well-trained service engineers with a fully-stocked service center. Our parts are all original manufacturer parts. With us, you know you’ll have nothing to worry about with regards to after-sales service and repair.

On-Site Servicing Available

Have an issue with your scooter purchased from us but too busy to bring it down yourself?

Fret not. You can request for our on-demand on-location servicing, our service engineers will come to you and help with your issues. Falcon PEV runs a fleet of service vans to meet your e-scooter servicing needs! 

On-Site servicing is available at $55 (excl. parts) for the following:

– Flat Tire Changing or Puncture Repair
– Repairing or tuning Brakes
– Various repair jobs

Other services available include:
One way delivery or collection service: $40
Two way delivery & collection service: $75
